pharmacy fax to me a refill authorization form to 703-573-2351 then call our
refill request line at 703-698-5220 ext 602 to complete the request.
If you are in need of a prescription for a FDA controlled medication which
can't be filled by FAX, such as Ritalin or Adderall , then leave your request
for this at the above phone number
Refills are done Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. Allow 1 to 2
days for requests to be completed.
